Level 8 Media LLC d/b/a ABC Media, and the client business. Accepted with the Stripe checkbox.
Terms
- Billing. Your setup fee, prepay or Website + Google setup is charged today. Your monthly starts on the date shown at checkout. Stripe's checkout shows the days before that as "14 days free". That's only Stripe's label; it doesn't change what you pay today. Work starts once your payment clears.
- Month to month. Cancel before your next bill at abcmedia.ai/billing, or text "cancel." Your service runs to the end of the period you paid for. No partial refunds.
- Refunds. Cancel before your setup call is held and we refund today's payment in full. After that, refunds happen only under the 15-a-Week Guarantee.
- 15-a-Week Guarantee. Any week you drop 10 or more clips (videos of 10 seconds or more) by Sunday 9 PM your time, 15 posts (7 reels + 8 photo posts) from your footage go live on your Facebook and Instagram within the next 7 days. If you'd rather OK reels first, we send them to you in that window instead, and that counts. If we miss, your next month is free (we skip your next bill). On prepay, you get an extra month. If your first reels aren't up by day 14 because of us, your monthly waits until they are. That clock pauses only while we wait on your page or Google access. We don't guarantee leads, calls or rankings.
- Changes. 2 rounds of changes per reel. We fix our own mistakes at no charge. Extra work is quoted, and paid, before we start.
- What you own. Your domain, registered in your name. Your Facebook, Instagram and Google profiles; we're added as partners or managers only and never need your passwords. Your footage, photos and words. When you leave, we remove our access.
- Our marketing. We show your reels in our own marketing only with your separate written OK.
- Your clips. You have the right to send them, the people in them agreed, and there's no copyrighted music.
- AI. We use AI tools to edit, and we label anything AI-made. We make no AI version of you, your crew or your customers without your written OK. We never post AI people as customers, and we never write reviews.
- Texts. We text you about your account. Reply STOP anytime. Your clip sender opts in on his own phone.
- Late payment. At 3 days unpaid, work and the guarantee pause. At 14 days, the plan ends.
- Limits. Our liability is capped at 3 months of fees. Michigan law applies. Disputes go to Oakland County courts or small claims.
