Who we are

ABC Media is a d/b/a of Level 8 Media LLC, 28588 Northwestern Service Dr, Suite 200, Southfield, MI. Questions about this policy: hello@abcmedia.ai.

What we collect

What you type in our form: your name, mobile number, trade, the ZIP code where you work, how many workers you have besides you, and whether you ticked "Text me too." If you add them on the thank-you screen, your business name and email.
Technical details: your IP address, your browser and device type, the page address you came from, and the ad tags in that address (like the ad or campaign you tapped).
Cookies and the Meta pixel: a first-party cookie that remembers how you first found us (kept 30 days), a cookie that remembers your privacy choice, and the Meta pixel and its cookies (unless you turned them off, see below).
Call notes: notes we write during and after our calls with you.
Call transcripts: some calls are turned into a text transcript. We tell you at the start of the call. If you say no, we don't make one.
Consent records: each time you send the form, we keep a record of what you sent, the exact consent words you saw, the time, your IP address and your browser.

Why we use it

To call and email you about your request, and to text you if you agreed to texts.
To run and measure our ads.
To keep a record that you asked us to contact you.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads

We use the Meta pixel on our pages. When you send our form, we also send Meta hashed (scrambled) contact details, such as your phone number, name, city, state and ZIP code, so Meta can tell us which ads worked. Along with those, we send your IP address, your browser type and Meta's own cookie IDs (not scrambled), and a scrambled ID for your request. We do this only to measure our own ads.

Your privacy choices. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we don't load the Meta pixel and we don't send your details to Meta. You can also tap "Your privacy choices" at the bottom of any page. That turns the Meta pixel off in this browser for 1 year, and we don't send your details to Meta when you use our form from it.

We never sell your number

We never sell or share phone numbers or text consent with anyone for their marketing.

Companies that run our website, payments, email and internal alerts handle your details for us, only to do that work.

Texts

We text you only if you ticked "Text me too," texted us first, or said yes to texts on a call. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply.

How long we keep it

Consent records: 5 years.
Call transcripts: 90 days, then deleted.
Your other details: as long as we need them to handle your request and keep our business records.

Your requests

To ask what we hold about you, to fix it, or to have it deleted, email hello@abcmedia.ai. We keep consent and opt-out records even after a delete request, because they prove we honored your choice.
