What "live" means
A feed post or reel on your Facebook Page and Instagram. Stories don't count. If you OK posts first, a post counts once we send it to you. Posts you hold or turn down count as delivered.
Every post is new
To keep your posts different, we may also use footage you sent in earlier weeks. We never repost.
If we miss
We take 100% off your next monthly bill, and we tell you first. On Prepay, before day 90, your first monthly bill moves back one month. Misses in the same billing month earn one month off. If your plan ends before that bill, we refund what you paid for the month we missed.
When it starts
The Monday after your setup call, once we're added to your Facebook Page, Instagram and Google profile. Launch reels don't count toward it.
When it pauses
Only while a bill is 3 or more days unpaid, while we wait on access you removed or haven't given, while you've asked us to stop posting, or while Facebook or Instagram is down or blocking your account for a reason we didn't cause. Never for our own outages.

Do I pay before you start?

Yes. Every plan is paid before work starts, on the call by secure Stripe link or at checkout. Growth Plan: $997 today, then $1,297 a month from day 14. Prepay: $3,891 today, then $1,297 a month from day 90. Website + SEO & AEO: $750 today, then $297 a month from day 30.

Can I skip the setup fee?

Yes. Prepay your first 3 months today ($3,891) and there's no setup fee. You get everything in the Growth Plan. Your monthly starts on day 90.

Why does the Stripe page say "14 days free", "90 days free" or "30 days free"?

That's Stripe's label for the days before your first monthly bill: "14 days free" on the Growth Plan, "90 days free" on Prepay and "30 days free" on Website + SEO & AEO. You still pay today's amount. It just means your monthly hasn't started. Your card will show ABC MEDIA.

What if I change my mind?

Tell us before your setup call and everything you paid comes back in full. After that, it's month to month: cancel before any bill. Prepaid months aren't refunded after your setup call, except under the guarantee.

Is there a contract?

No. Month to month. Cancel before any bill. Prepay covers your first 3 months; after day 90 it's month to month too.

Do you guarantee leads?

No. We guarantee what we control: 5 minutes of footage in, 15 posts out, every single week. Nobody can honestly promise leads, rankings or a spot in AI answers.

What counts as 5 minutes of footage?

Phone video of your business: your work, your place, your products. Each video has to be 5 seconds or longer, and each one counts for up to 1 minute, so send a few. It all has to be in your folder by Sunday 9 PM your time. Photos don't count toward the 5 minutes, but send them: they go into your photo posts. Shaky is fine. Nobody has to talk.

How much of my time does this take?

About a minute of filming on a workday, a few minutes to drop it in your folder, and a 15-minute call each month.

Do I have to be on camera?

No. Video of the work, your place or your products is enough. Nobody has to pose or talk.

My work involves people. What about faces?

Film the work, the hands, the place and the finished result. Show a face only with that person's OK. We never show your customers' names, and no house numbers without your OK.

What if nobody sends footage one week?

Whoever sends your footage gets a reminder on drop day. In a slow week we still post, from your camera roll, your job photos and your real Google reviews. The guarantee covers every week you send 5 minutes or more. Two slow weeks in a row, we call you to get it moving again.

Do I approve posts first?

Your call. We post straight to your pages, or we send them to you to OK first. Either way, every reel gets 2 rounds of changes.

What are SEO and AEO?

SEO is showing up on Google when someone nearby searches for what you do. AEO is making your business easy for AI tools like ChatGPT, Google's AI answers and Siri to read when people ask who to call. Both read the same things: your website, your Google profile, your business details, your reviews and your posts.

Can you get me into ChatGPT or to the top of Google?

Nobody can honestly promise that, and we won't. We control what Google and AI tools can read about you, and we make it complete, the same everywhere and fresh.

What is AI consulting? Is it the same as AEO?

No. AEO is about being found in AI answers. AI consulting is about using AI inside your business: calls, quotes, follow-ups, scheduling and reports. Book a call and we'll tell you straight where it fits. If there's a project, we quote it in writing, and you pay before work starts.

Is this AI?

Is ad spend included?

Who owns my website and Google profile?
